Sam walks at the rate of 6 miles per hour. Assume they start walking from the same place and walk in a straight line. Sam starts _1 2 hour after Leona. Answer the questions that follow. Sam rate = 6 miles per hr

Leona rate = 5 miles per hr

Sam starts after 12 hours. Distance travelled by Leona in 12 hours = 34*5 = 170 miles
